Taking the High Ground

"Take the high ground or the high ground will take you." 

Taking the high ground is defined as To act morally, especially in times of disagreement or tension.

Whenever you are in a situation where emotions are flying, it is sometimes easy to take the low ground and resort to name calling or worse. We must resist doing this at all costs.

Things said can't easily be unsaid.
