I have just finished reading The Paleo Solution by Robb Wolf. The book discusses a Paleo Diet which is basically eating the same foods that our caveman ancestors would eat. The premise is that our bodies were designed to eat that food as opposed to the processed foods that we eat today.
Basically, you eat fruits, vegetables, grass fed meats, fish, and things like that. You cutout dairy, grains, and legumes.
I'd recommend this book to anyone who is interested in trying a different style diet. The diet leads to less bloating and also can dramatically produce results after 30 days. It also aims to cut down inflammation.
