Many times in life, we have to be the ones that dig deep to find motivation to accomplish a task. There will be days when we don't feel like doing things: dishes, working out, going shopping, getting up when that alarm goes off at 7am, etc...but we must. And the more we force ourselves to do these things, the more 'good habits' that we will build.
Consider your alarm ringing at 7am your 1st test of the day. How will you respond?
